Please join us to network, listen and learn from our speakers about very forceful and angry interactions with a tenant upon a tenant move-out when charges are leveled for damage or cleaning; with a tenant upon a submission of a work order (and being told they may have to wait a few days); name calling, yelling and cussing because the power has gone out; the general expectation that everything can and should be taken care of immediately; not taking responsibility for their obligations – shifting blame.
